Animal and Dog Bites
Helping the Injured and Their Families Since 1972
Have you been bitten by another person’s dog, other domesticated animal or pet? Animal owners who fail to prevent their pets from injuring others are highly vulnerable to litigation – rightly so.
Mobile and many other communities in Alabama and throughout Baldwin County have leash laws that, when followed, prevent attacks by dogs. In fact, if dog owners fail to leash a dog that attacks, they could be held liable for damages. Owners of pets that have already exhibited a “viscous propensity” are also frequently found liable for attacks and injuries.
At the personal injury law firm of Clay, Massey & Associates, P.C., we have handled numerous animal and dog attack cases, including cases involving uncontrolled animals, leash issues and dangerous breeds like Pit Bulls and Rottweilers. Since 1972, we have built a strong reputation and track record for providing results in animal attack cases.
